This site is run by Mateja Vasojevikj (vasosofuji), a freelance photographer based in Skopje, North Macedonia. For anything on this page, write to contact@vasojevich.com.
What you type into the booking form:
Separately, the site counts page views through Vercel Analytics so I can see which work people actually look at. It records the page, the referring site, and a rough country and device type. It sets no cookies, follows nobody across other websites, and never receives your name, your email or anything you typed. I use aggregate statistics to understand site traffic.
The site does not use advertising trackers. Completed enquiries are stored by Formspree and in my email inbox.
Your details are used to reply to your enquiry and arrange a shoot. The lawful basis is your request, meaning steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
Unsubmitted form details stay in your browser and are not sent to me. Completed enquiries may receive a single immediate thank-you email. No automated follow-up questions, mailing-list subscriptions or scheduled marketing emails are sent.
Completed enquiries are handled by these services:
Vercel hosts the site and provides the page-view counts described above. It sees the ordinary request information any web host sees.
All three are processors acting on my instructions. Your details are never sold, and are not shared with anyone else.
Enquiries stay in Formspree, my email and any configured notification history for as long as needed to deal with the booking and any follow-up work, and are deleted on request at any time.
You can ask for a copy of what I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent, or object to how it is used. Email contact@vasojevich.com and I will action it. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it.
If you are unhappy with how your details were handled, you can complain to the Agency for Personal Data Protection of North Macedonia, or to your local supervisory authority if you are in the EU or UK.
